My name is Chuck and I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana.  I lived most of my life either in New Orleans or in Slidell, a small town on the north shore of Lake Ponchatrain which forms the northern most border of New Orleans.  Being from New Orleans music has been a very significant part of my life and still continues to play a large role in my life.  I believe music to be very important in our lives because it has the power to heal.  One of my favorite hobbies is to listen to live music and writing songs.  I have a Bachelors Degree of Architecture and enjoy being creative in the arts.  I like to write essays, short stories, and poems a few of which i will include here on this site.
